Today, try to be generous with yourself. Forgive yourself for any mistakes that you make during the day and praise yourself for your achievements. At the end of the day, take a paper and write a kind message to yourself. You may have accomplished something today that you are proud of? Or you may have noticed a particular thing about you that you like? Just compliment yourself and write it on the note. Place the message somewhere prominent and leave it there for a few days.
